Sweet and Sour Cabbage

Cabbage is one of my favorite vegetables. I make cabbage very often and this healthy Sweet and Sour Cabbage recipe is one that I like to make to add variety to my menu.
Ingredients
  Cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Caraway seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, add together cabbage, butter, caraway seed, salt, flour and 1 cup water.
2) Place a lid over and simmer for 10 minutes, till the cabbage is tender.
3) Add in the vinegar and sugar and mix lightly.

SERVING
4) Serve hot.
