Pepper Cabbage

Ingredients
  Cabbage 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), shredded
  Carrot 1
  Green pepper 1 , finely chopped
  Celery stalks 1 , finely chopped
  Tarragon vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large serving bowl, blend together shredded and chopped vegetables
2. In a small bowl, mix together tarragon vinegar, water and honey, pour it over the cabbage mixture and toss around; refrigerate for the flavours to blend in

SERVING
3. Serve as appropriate
