Classic Creamy Cabbage
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Head cabbage||1 Quart, shredded (1/2 Small)|
|Light cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. In a 2-quart casserole, melt butter on High for 40 seconds.
2. Add cabbage, stir to coat with butter.
3. Cover casserole.
4. Cook on High for 2 minutes.
5. Stir in cream.
7. Cook on High for 3 minutes, stirring once.
8. Sprinkle salt, seasoned salt and pepper.
9. Let it stand for several minutes before serving.
