Creamy Skillet Cabbage
|Coarsely chopped cabbage||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Apple cider vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Spicy Or Dijon)|
|Plain non fat yogurt||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
1) In a covered large pot or skillet, over medium heat, cook a mixture of cabbage and vinegar for 8 minutes until cabbage is softened, leaving it slightly crunchy and then take off the mixture from heat.
2) Mix together honey, mustard and yogurt.
3) Pour the honey mixture into warm cabbage and serve at once, garnished with paprika.
