Baked Cabbage With Cream

Ingredients
  Cabbage 1 Pound (450 Gram)
  Single cream 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
  Caster sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Toasted bread crumbs 4 Tablespoon
  Grated cheese 3 Ounce (75 Gram)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Turn the oven to 325°F/170°C/Gas 3

MAKING
2. Shred the cabbage finely and add into a greased dish
3. Mix cream with sugar, salt, paprika and pour it over the cabbage
4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, cover and bake for half an hour
5. Turn it out of the oven, sprinkle cheese on top and place it under the grill to brown a little

SERVING
6. Serve as appropriate
