Herbed Kale

Ingredients
  Kale/Two 10 ounce packages frozen leaf kale 2 Pound
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Polyunsaturated oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Wash kale and cut off all tough stems.

MAKING
2) In a saucepan, place kale along with water, onions, salt, marjoram, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well.
3) Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until tender.

SERVING
5) Serve hot after adding oil and mixing well.
