Healthy Kale and Avocado Salad.
Ingredients
  Kale 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely shredded
  Spring onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely shredded
  Tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Lemon juice To Taste
  Avocado 1
Directions

Sprinkle olive oil over finely chopped kale.
Add a pinch of salt.Salt and olive oil will soften the kale.
Mix well.
Squeeze avocado over kale.
Mix well.
Add finely chopped tomatoes and spring onion.
Add lemon juice.
Mix all ingredients well.
Serve in a bowl.
