Steamed Cabbage Wedges

Directions

MAKING
1 Trim the battered leaves if any on the outside of the cabbage.Cut it in to half lengthwise and cut each half into wedges, each including part of the core. Steam until just tender, 5 to 8 minutes.
2 Transfer the wedges on to a cutting board, cut away the core, and transfer to plates keeping the wedges intact. (slide knife blade under wedge to lift it in one piece).

SERVING
3 Serve immediately.
