Red Cabbage Toss
|Finely shredded red cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Crisp Ones)|
|Sliced cauliflowerets||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Tarragon vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Salad oil||3 Tablespoon|
1) In a bowl, mix the shredded red cabbage, chopped onion, celery and cauliflowerets together.
2) In a small bowl, mix the sugar, vinegar, salad oil and salt together, blend well.
3) Pour the mixture over the vegetables, toss gently to coat and refrigerate for 1 hour.
4) Serve immediately when chilled.
