  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tamari/0.75c soy sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apple cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend! Massage into kale, and dehydrate
