Sweet And Sour Cabbage
|Shredded cabbage||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Cooking apples||4 Small, cored, peeled and coarsely chopped to make 2 cups|
|Chopped onion||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Seedless raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Liquid splenda/Sugar twin||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Pourable)|
Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
In prepared container, combine cabbage, apples, onion, and raisins.
In a small bowl, combine vinegar and Splenda.
Pour juice mixture evenly over cabbage mixture.
Mix well to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
Mix well before serving.
