Fried Cabbage And Nuts
|Butter/Vegetable oil||1 Ounce (30 Gram)|
|Cabbage/Other greens||1 Medium|
|Hazelnuts/Peanuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sea salt||To Taste|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
1) In a pan, heat the butter or oil. Make sure that the pan selected can be easily covered by a lid or plate.
2) With a sharp knife, shred the cabbage and onion. Place in the pan along with the nuts (whole or chopped).
3) Cover the pan and cook gently for about 15 minutes.
4) Season with some freshly ground pepper and sea salt and some garlic.
