Cider Enhanced Sweet Sour Red Cabbage

Ingredients
  Red cabbage 1 Medium
  Tart apples 2
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apple cider vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Caraway seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon powder 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) Shred red cabbage.
2) Skin apples and chop into fine pieces.
3) Take a casserole and combine all the ingredients.
4) Cover and cook for 1 2 minutes, stirring every 4 minutes.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
