Savory Scalloped Cabbage

Ingredients
  Cream of mushroom soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can Healthy Request)
  Chopped pimiento 2 Ounce (1 Jar / 1/2 Cup)
  Shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Kraft)
  Shredded cabbage 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Shredded carrots 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
In prepared container, combine mushroom soup, pimiento, and Cheddar cheese.
Add cabbage, carrots, and onion.
Mix well to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours.
Mix well before serving.
