SCALLOPED CABBAGE AND CELERY

Ingredients
  Chopped cabbage 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 5 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped pimento 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook celery in 3 tblspns, butter over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add cabbage and cook 10 minutes longer.
Turn into a greased ovendish.
Make a white sauce of the remaining butter, the flour and milk.
Add to cabbage and celery mixture.
Top with buttered crumbs and chopped pimientos and bake in 350°F.
oven about 15 minutes.
