Ingredients
  Kale 2 Pound
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Sweet onion 1 Large
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Cut and remove hard stems from leaves; wash and shred leaves.

MAKING
2. In a heavy pan, cook kale in butter; cover and cook for 30 minutes or until tender.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add fried onions and mix well.
5. Add brown sugar and stir in sour cream.

SERVING
6. Reheat Kale In Sour Cream just before serving.

Thanks for this recipe. It was very good. I had some sour cream in the frig and I grew kale in my garden so this is exactly what I needed. I didn't have to scroll through hundreds of recipes. I just put "kale and sour cream" in google and voila, here was your recipe. Thanks. Yummy.
