Cabbage With Nuts

I have to admit this recipe of Cabbage With Nuts is on my favorite list. Trust me, once you taste this Cabbage With Nuts you are bound to prepare it again!
Ingredients
  Cabbage 1 Pound
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Nuts 1⁄4 Pound, chopped
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Remove damaged leaves and hard stem; finely shred the good part of cabbage.

MAKING
2. In a heavy pan, heat butter and sauté shredded cabbage for 10 minutes until it begins to color.
3. Add lemon juice, sugar and seasonings; cover the pan and let cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
4. After 15 minutes, check if the cabbage is very dry and add more butter if required.
5. Cook for another 20 minutes.

SERVING
6. Stir in nuts and serve hot.
