Tan Tan Cabbage

Ingredients
  Cabbage 1 Small
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Peanut butter 2 Tablespoon
  Hot water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Lemon 1 , zested
Directions

GETTING READY
1) While chopping garlic add salt and chop finely all together.
2) Cut the cabbage in quarters, remove the core and make thin slices.

MAKING
3) In a fry pan, add cabbage slices to stir fry for 3 minutes. Keep on tossing the cabbage slices until they get wilted.
4) Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, curry powder and cayenne pepper to the cabbage.
5) Add peanut butter and pour in hot water and lemon juice. Cook for some time to combine all ingredients properly.

SERVING
6) In a serving plate, place all together and garnish with thin lemon zest strips. Serve hot.
