AntiAging Cheezilicious Kale Chips are so crunchy. These are made using cashew sauce and dehydrator. They are nutritional and boost you up emotionally, physically, and psychologically. 2 Bunch (200 gm)
2 Cup (32 tbs), soaked
Red bell pepper
1 , seeded and quartered
2 Tablespoon (Of 1 Lemon)
Nutritional yeast flakes
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
1. Take the kale off the stems and put them through the lettuce spinner to dry.
2. Blend all the sauce ingredients in smooth paste.
3. Pour the sauce over the kale leaves and massage using hands.
4. Lay it on a dehydrator. Set it at 105 F for 12 hours.
