Sticky Spiced Red Cabbage

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Red cabbage 1 Medium, quartered, cored and shredded
  Fresh ginger root piece 1 Inch, finely chopped (Finger Size)
  Onions 2 , sliced
  Ground allspice 1 Teaspoon
  Mustard seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Golden caster sugar 4 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
Directions

MAKING 1.In a large saucepan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, onions and ginger to it and saute well.
2. Put cabbage in the pan and cook.
3. Add allspice to the ingredients and mix well.
4. Pour vinegar and cover the pan.
5. Let the ingredients cook for atl east 10 minutes.
6. Remove the lid and put the flame on medium.
7. Let the cabbage cook well. Keep stirring.
8. When the ingredients start sticking to the bottom of the pan, remove the pan from heat.

SERVING
9.Serve hot.
