Sweet N Sour Red Cabbage
|Red cabbage||1 Pound, cut into 2 inch chunks|
|Onion||1 Small, quartered|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Wine vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||3 Tablespoon, firmly packed|
1. Chop cabbage and onion pieces in a blender.
2. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat and simmer 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
