|Cabbage||1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded or chopped|
|Grated coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (fresh - Ground to paste with water)|
|Green chilies||6 (roasted in 1/2 tsp oil - Ground to paste with water)|
|Oil||1⁄2 Teaspoon (for roasting green chilies)|
|Cumin seeds||1 Teaspoon (roasted in 1/4 tsp oil - Ground to paste with water)|
|Oil||1⁄4 Teaspoon (for roasting cumin seeds)|
|Oil||2 Tablespoon (for seasoning)|
|Mustard seeds||1 Teaspoon (for seasoning)|
|Onion||1 , finely chopped (for seasoning)|
|Chana dal||1 Teaspoon (for seasoning)|
|Urad dal||1 Teaspoon (for seasoning)|
Heat oil ,add mustard seeds,channa dal,uraddal ,curry leaves fry well for a sec.
Then add onion and fry till brown colour
Add cabbage mix well.
Cover and cook for 5mins in slow flame.
Add ground paste,sprinkle little water,salt and cook till dry.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve with plain chapati,roti...............
