Panned Curried Cabbage
|Minced garlic||1 Teaspoon|
|Fat/Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Finely shredded green cabbage||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
Saute the garlic in the fat in a skillet for 2 min.
Stir in the curry powder, cabbage, and salt.
Cook, covered, until tender—about 10 min.— stirring occasionally.
If desired, 1 c canned tomatoes and 1/4 teasp salt may be added to the cabbage about 2 min., before it is done.
