Hot Cabbage Wedges
|Green cabbage head||1 Small|
|Unsalted chicken broth||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Wash and remove the outer leaves of the cabbage; core and cut the cabbage into four wedges.
Place the cabbage wedges in a baking pan and pour the chicken broth over the wedges.
Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until the cabbage is tender.
Garnish each wedge with a little chopped parsley.
