Sweet And Sour Chinese Cabbage

Ingredients
  Chinese cabbage/Savoy cabbage 1 Pound (500 Grams)
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried chilies 2
For seasoning sauce
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Pinch
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Sesame oil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Wash and tear the cabbage into 8-cm (3-in) pieces.
Deseed and shred the chilli.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying-pan, fry the pepper and chilli for 1 minute, then add the cabbage and continue stir-frying for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the seasoning sauce and cook for another minute.
Serve sprinkled with sesame oil.
