Red Cabbage Toss

Ingredients
  Shredded red cabbage 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cauliflowerets 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finley chopped
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In bowl, combine chilled vegetables.
Mix together remaining ingredients for dressing, stirring to dissolve sugar.
Pour over vegetables; toss lightly.
Trim with green-pepper rings.
