Cabbage Stir Fry With Shiitake Mushrooms
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Shiitake mushrooms||4 Ounce, slivered (Fresh Ones)|
|Onion||1 Large, thinly sliced|
|Thinly sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sweet red pepper||1 , seeded and thinly sliced|
|Bok choy head||1 , thinly sliced to make 4 cups|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Or More)|
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet or wok until it's hot but not smoking.
Fry the mushrooms and onion over medium-high heat until the mushrooms begin to brown.
Add the celery, red pepper, and cabbage, stirring constantly, until the cabbage just begins to wilt and the other vegetables are still crisp.
Season with soy sauce and serve immediately.
