Two Cabbage Stir Fry

Ingredients
  Rice vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Corn oil/Safflower oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Fresh ginger root 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Red cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
  Green cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
Directions

In a small dish combine vinegar, water, soy sauce and cornstarch; mix well and set aside.
In a wok or heavy skillet heat oil over medium heat.
Add onion and gingerroot.
Stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add red and green cabbage.
Stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes or until tender.
Add vinegar mixture.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Serve hot.
