|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped green peppers||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cabbage head||1 Medium, cored and chopped|
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Cook until vegetables are tender.
Pour into sterilized glasses.
Seal and cool.
