Sweet and Sour Cabbage

|Cabbage head||1⁄2 Large, shredded|
|Onions||2 Medium, chopped|
|Lemons||2 , juiced|
|Apple cider vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Caraway seeds||1 Tablespoon, crushed|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Bulgur wheat||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Raw)|
|Yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT yogurt.
Place in an oiled casserole and bake covered at 350°F for about 30 minutes, until the bulgur is tender. Place a dab of yogurt on each portion.
