Spiced Red Cabbage

Ingredients
  Apple juice 2 Tablespoon
  Packed brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1 Dash
  Shredded red cabbage 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Chopped apple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Reduced calorie margarine 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In 2-quart casserole, blend apple juice, sugar, vinegar, salt, cinnamon and cloves.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 8 to 12 minutes, or until tender-crisp, stirring twice.
Let stand, covered, for 3 minutes.
