Sweet Sour Red Cabbage With Apple

Ingredients
  Shredded red cabbage 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Brown sugar substitute 1 Teaspoon (To Equal 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Apples 3 Medium, pared, cored and sliced
Directions

In a saucepan combine all ingredients except apples.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Add apples, cook 30 minutes longer.
Divide evenly.
