Tyrolean Cabbage

Ingredients
  Shredded cabbage 1 1⁄4 Liter (5 Cups)
  Bacon fat 60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)
  Onion 1 , minced
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon (3 Milliliter)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon (0.5 Milliliter)
  Sour cream 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
Directions

Melt the bacon fat in a large frying pan, add the cabbage and the onion.
Cook over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring often.
Season.
Place in a buttered baking dish, pour the sour cream over, bake 25 minutes in a 350°F (180°C) oven.
