Cook cabbage as in Time Table, Drain.
Meanwhile, melt butter in double boiler; stir in next 5 ingredients; stir until smooth.
Add milk gradually, while stirring, and cook over boiling water until smooth and thickened, stirring constantly.
Heap cooked cabbage in a hot serving dish; pour curry sauce over it; toss and serve.
