Curried Cabbage

Ingredients
  Finely shredded green cabbage 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine / fat / salad oil 4 Teaspoon
  Flour 4 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste (Speck)
  Curry powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Cook cabbage as in Time Table, Drain.
Meanwhile, melt butter in double boiler; stir in next 5 ingredients; stir until smooth.
Add milk gradually, while stirring, and cook over boiling water until smooth and thickened, stirring constantly.
Heap cooked cabbage in a hot serving dish; pour curry sauce over it; toss and serve.
