Steamed Cabbage

Ingredients
  Light beer 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Caraway seed 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried dillweed 1 Dash
  Cabbage head 1 3⁄4 Pound, cored and cut into 4 wedges (1 Head)
Directions

In 2-quart casserole, combine beer, caraway, salt and dill.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 1 to 2 minutes, or until hot.
Add cabbage.
Re-cover.
Microwave at High for 12 to 21 minutes longer, or until tender-crisp, rotating dish once.
Let stand, covered, for 3 minutes.
