Microwaved Savory Cabbage

  Green cabbage 1 Pound (1 Small Head)
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh oregano/1/4 teaspoon dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon

1. Prepare and shred cabbage. Place cabbage and milk in 2-quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high 8 to 10 minutes, stirring after 4 minutes, until crisp-tender.
2. Stir in margarine, oregano, salt and pepper. Serve with cheese.
