Ingredients
  Red cabbage 1 Pound, finely shredded (6 Cups. 450 Gram)
  Cooking apples 8 Ounce, peeled, cored and sliced (1 1/3 Cups / 225 Gram)
  Red wine vinegar 60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)
  Brown sugar 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Mixed spice 1 Pinch (Sweet Baking Spice)
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Mix all the ingredients together in a large dish.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes, stirring twice, until tender but still crunchy.
