|Red cabbage||1 Pound, finely shredded (6 Cups. 450 Gram)|
|Cooking apples||8 Ounce, peeled, cored and sliced (1 1/3 Cups / 225 Gram)|
|Red wine vinegar||60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)|
|Brown sugar||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Mixed spice||1 Pinch (Sweet Baking Spice)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
