My family likes this Kale Soup recipe.This Kale soup recipe is simple and easy. This dish is not only tasty but also very nutritious. As you know that Kale is a very good source of iron, calcium, vitamin C, vitamin K and Carotenoids (which provide vitamin A). So if you have good taste and also care about your health , you must try this Kale Soup recipe.
Ingredients
  Onion 2 Large, chopped
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken broth 6 Can (60 oz)
  Potatoes 4 , diced
  Sausage 2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced (linquisa)
  Linquisa 2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced
  Italian tomatoes 2 Can (20 oz)
  Carrots 4 , sliced
  Cut up kale 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cut up 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shredded cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Step1-Saute onion in butter.

Step2-Add all ingredients into a large pot.

Step3-Simmer 70 minutes.

Very healthy recipe of Kale soup. Kale is also known as Borecole.Kale is considered to be one of the most highly nutritious vegetables, with powerful antioxidant properties and is anti-inflammatory.Kale is very high in beta carotene, vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, lutein and zeaxanthin and reasonably rich in calcium. It means kale is a very nutritiuos cabbage. So I think it should be a great healthy option. I will try this it.Thanks for posting this nice Kale Soup recipe.
