Pork And Cabbage Supper
|Pork loin chops||2 (1/2 Inch Thick)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can, Undiluted)|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Shredded cabbage||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
In an ovenproof skillet, brown the chops in oil on both sides; remove and set aside.
To drippings, add soup and seasonings; bring to a boil.
Return chops to skillet; add cabbage.
Cover and bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until meat is tender.
