Pork And Cabbage Supper

Ingredients
  Pork loin chops 2 (1/2 Inch Thick)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can, Undiluted)
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shredded cabbage 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

In an ovenproof skillet, brown the chops in oil on both sides; remove and set aside.
To drippings, add soup and seasonings; bring to a boil.
Return chops to skillet; add cabbage.
Cover and bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until meat is tender.
