Cabbage With Caraway Seeds

Ingredients
  White cabbage 1 1⁄2 Pound (700 Gram)
  Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Grated nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Onion 1 , skinned and chopped
  Chicken stock 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Ounce (15 Gram)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Cut the cabbage into quarters and wash it well. Remove the thick stem and shred the cabbage finely, using a sharp knife.
2. Place the cabbage in a large ovenproof serving dish with the caraway seeds, nutmeg, onion and stock. Three-quarters cover with cling film.
3. Microwave on HIGH for 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently, until the cabbage is cooked. Add the butter and the salt and pepper, toss well and serve.
