Sweet And Sour Cabbage

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Red pepper flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 5 Tablespoon
  White vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cabbage 1 Pound, cut into bite-sized pieces
Directions

Heat oil, pepper, sugar, and vinegar together in a small saucepan.
Place cabbage in a large container that can be tightly covered.
Pour heated dressing over cabbage; allow to cool, then cover tightly.
Store in refrigerator overnight to marinate before serving.
