Pan Fried Cabbage

Ingredients
  Bacon drippings 2 Tablespoon
  Cabbage head 1 Small, shredded
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Dash
Directions

Heat drippings in skillet.
Add cabbage, vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and cayenne.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, till cabbage is lightly browned but still crisp, 10 to 12 minutes.
