Succulent Mushrooms And Cabbage

Ingredients
  Oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Ginger slice 2 , shredded
  Cabbage 1 Pound, cut into 1 1/2 inch square pieces (450 Gram)
  Dried black mushrooms 6 , soaked
  Fresh mushrooms 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Sugar 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oyster flavored sauce 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Dark soy sauce 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Soup stock 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  White pepper To Taste
  Cornstarch solution 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Heat wok with oil and ginger over high heat. Add cabbage and black mushrooms and stir for 2 minutes.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients except cornstarch solution. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and braise for 5-7 minutes.
