Beef Stuffed Cabbage
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Canned tomatoes||15 Ounce (1 Large Can)|
|Onion||1 , sliced|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced|
|Shredded cabbage||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Brown beef and add tomatoes, onion, and celery.
Stir until well mixed.
Place a layer of cabbage on bottom of greased two:quart casserole.
Spoon layer of meat mixture over, then add another layer of cabbage.
Continue alternating layers, ending with cabbage.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
Bake uncovered one hour at 350 degrees.
