Sauteed Cabbage With Toasted Seeds
|Green cabbage||1 , shredded|
|Light vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Black mustard seeds||1 Tablespoon|
|Mixed seeds||125 Gram (Such As Sunflower, Pumpkin, And Sesame)|
|Dark soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Cook the cabbage in boiling water for 5-6 minutes, until almost tender.
Tip into a colander and leave to drain well.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a deep-sided, heavy-based frying pan.
Add the garlic and fry over a medium heat for 1 minute.
Add the mustard seeds and the mixed seeds and continue to fry over a medium heat for 2 minutes, so that the seeds brown but do not burn.
Take the pan off the heat, add the cabbage, and turn the ingredients with two spoons to mix them well.
