Red Cabbage Slaw
|Red cabbage head||1 Medium, shredded|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced (1 In Number)|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, halved seeded and chopped to make 1/2 cup|
|Carrot||1 Medium, pared and shredded|
|Plain yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (From An 8 Ounce Container)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Lemon pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1 Toss cabbage, onion, green pepper and carrot together in a large bowl.
2 Combine yogurt, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder and pepper in a small bowl; fold into the vegetables. Chill.
