Sauteed Kale And White Beans
|Vegetable cooking spray||1|
|Chopped kale||5 Ounce (3 1/2 Cup)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned cannellini beans||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained (1 Cup)|
|Chopped plum tomato||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dried whole rosemary||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Dried rosemary||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
Slice onion, and separate into rings.
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.
Add onion, and saute 5 minutes or until tender.
Add kale and water; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 8 minutes or until kale is wilted, stirring frequently.
Stir in beans and remaining ingredients.
Cook, uncovered, over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
