Sauteed Kale And White Beans

  Onion 1 Medium
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
  Chopped kale 5 Ounce (3 1/2 Cup)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned cannellini beans 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained (1 Cup)
  Chopped plum tomato 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dried whole rosemary 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Dried rosemary 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon

Slice onion, and separate into rings.
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.
Add onion, and saute 5 minutes or until tender.
Add kale and water; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 8 minutes or until kale is wilted, stirring frequently.
Stir in beans and remaining ingredients.
Cook, uncovered, over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
