Cabbage With Shrimp

  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Shrimp 8 Ounce, shelled
  Onions 2 Medium, sliced
  Green ginger 1 1⁄2 Inch, peeled and shredded (1 Piece, Fresh)
  Red chilies 2 , finely chopped
  White cabbage 1 Medium, shredded
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Creamed coconut 1 Can (10 oz), dissolved in 1 1/2 tablespoon boiling water
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon

Heat the oil in a large frying-pan.
When it is hot, add the prawns or shrimp and fry for 3 to 5 minutes, or until they are pink and firm.
Transfer to a plate and keep hot.
Add the onions, ginger and chillis to the pan and fry, stirring occasionally, until the onions are soft.
Stir in the cabbage and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Stir in the salt and coconut mixture and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in the prawns or shrimp.
