Cabbage With Shrimp
|Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Shrimp||8 Ounce, shelled|
|Onions||2 Medium, sliced|
|Green ginger||1 1⁄2 Inch, peeled and shredded (1 Piece, Fresh)|
|Red chilies||2 , finely chopped|
|White cabbage||1 Medium, shredded|
|Creamed coconut||1 Can (10 oz), dissolved in 1 1/2 tablespoon boiling water|
|Boiling water||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
Heat the oil in a large frying-pan.
When it is hot, add the prawns or shrimp and fry for 3 to 5 minutes, or until they are pink and firm.
Transfer to a plate and keep hot.
Add the onions, ginger and chillis to the pan and fry, stirring occasionally, until the onions are soft.
Stir in the cabbage and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Stir in the salt and coconut mixture and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in the prawns or shrimp.
