Turkey And Cabbage Patties

Ingredients
  Ground turkey 9 Ounce
  Shredded cabbage 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Seasoned dried bread crumbs 6 Tablespoon
  Diced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg whites 3 Large, lightly beaten
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dried marjoram 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except oil until thoroughly blended. Shape mixture into 4 equal patties.
2. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil; add patties. Cook over medium heat until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Turn and cook until other side is golden brown, about 5 minutes longer.
