Baked Stuffed Cabbage
|Cabbage leaves||8 Large|
|Beef||1 Pound, ground|
|Onion||3 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Garlic||1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), pressed|
|Tomato sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
2. Wash and blanch cabbage leaves. Drain and dry.
3. Combine remaining ingredients except tomato sauce. Divide meat mixture into 8 equal portions on cabbage leaves. Roll leaves around meat. Secure with toothpick.
4. Place seam side down in a casserole. Cover with tomato sauce.
5. Bake covered about 50 or 60 minutes.
